Technical Support

DCM’s veterinary technical staff includes 5 Master’s level technicians, the highest level of professional registration attainable in laboratory animal science in Canada. These highly trained, experienced individuals are able to provide you with a full spectrum of technical support for your projects. The support ranges from day-to-day maintenance of mouse colonies to intensive management and performance of all animal work as designed by you or in collaboration with our management team.

Requests may include:

Breeding colony management and support
Experimental health assessment, monitoring and supportive care
Parenteral and oral administration of compounds by various routes
Tissue sampling, collection
Blood sampling
Animal identification
