In keeping with our mission to support the research endeavor, DCM proudly supports the research of over 120 scientists based in the Faculty of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals, the Faculties of Pharmacy and Dentistry, the Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research, the Institute of Biomaterials and Biomedical Engineering as well as many other affiliated research centers and institutes. We also have an established track record with full service support to local biotechnology companies. 

DCM administers accredited and licensed facilities  that include a full complement of housing, procedural, surgical, laboratory, necropsy and cage processing space. DCM also offers considerable expertise to support your in-vivo projects. Collectively, DCM’s management team offers over 100 years of experience in the field of lab animal science, medicine and surgery. We can provide consulting, surgical or technical support and welcome collaboration with you in all phases of your project from development to implementation. 

DCM’s veterinary staff is available to develop or review your Animal Use Protocols and to help you navigate the review process. We can also help guide you through other approvals which may be required for your work.
